19. Effect of not giving notice under section 18

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any public officer of the NIFT, who does not give the notice required under sub-paragraphs (i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) of paragraph (a) of section 18 before the appointed date, shall cease to continue in office as a public officer of the NIFT on or after that date.
