15. Appointment of the Director-General

(1)

The Board shall appoint a person to be the

Director-General of the Institute, who shall be the Chief

Executive Officer of the Institute for a period of three years and eligible for reappointment if the Board decides.

(2)

The Director-General shall execute or perform such powers, functions and duties as may be delegated to him by the Board.

(3)

The Board may appoint such other Directors as may be necessary for the purposes of the Institute.
