22. The State-to make available premises, for the use of the. Institute,

-The Council shall, before the expiry of a period of
‘six months after the closure of each financial year of the
Institute, transmit a report giving a full account of the activities of the Institute during that year to the Minister who shall cause copies thereof to be tabled in Parliament.
