11. Conditions necessary for the prosecution for offences under this Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No prosecution for any offence committed under this Act shall be instituted except by, or with the previous written sanction of, the Commissioner-General.
