25. No civil or criminal liability of any other person

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The entertaining of any application from, or the grant of reparations to, any aggrieved persons or representatives of such aggrieved persons shall not result in the civil or criminal liability of any other person.
