48. Commission deemed to be a scheduled institution for the purpose of the Anti-Corruption Act

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Commission shall be deemed to be a scheduled institution within the meaning of the Anti-Corruption

Act, No. 9 of 2023, and the provisions of that Act shall be construed accordingly.
