12. Seal of the Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The seal of the Corporation shall not be affixed to any instrument except in the presence of the president and two members of the Corporation as may be determined by the Committee of Management, who shall sign their names to the instrument in token of their presence, and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness
