42. Budget Office deemed to be a Scheduled Institution

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Parliamentary Budget Office shall be deemed to be a Scheduled Institution within the meaning of the Bribery

Act (Chapter 26) and the provisions of that Act shall be construed accordingly.
