10. Fund oflhe Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

(1)

The Corporation shall have its own fund and all moneys, heretofore or thereafter received by way of gift, bequest, subscription, fees or grants for and on account of the Corporation shall be deposited in one oi· more banks as may be determined by the Committee of Management.

(2)

There shall be paid out of the funds any expenditure incurred by the Corporation in the exercise, performance and discharge of its powers, duties and functions under this Act.
