23. Amendment of sections 191 and 192 of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Sections 191 and 192 of the principal enactment are hereby amended by the substitution for the words “this code or the law of England”, of the words “this code or any other enactment for the time being in force”.
