2. Powers of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation not derogated from

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The provisions of this Act shall operate in addition to and not in derogation of the powers vested in the Ceylon

Petroleum Corporation.
