24. Determination of profits and income

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The provisions of the Inland Revenue Act, No. 38 of 2000 shall be applicable to the contractor’s profits and income from any operations relating to the exploration or exploitation of petroleum resources.
