The provisions of this Act shall not affect the exer-cise, performance and discharge of police powers, duties and functions in respect of the territorial limits specified by Order made under Item I of List I of the Ninth Schedule to the Constitution, which shall continue to be exercised, performed and discharged by Officers of the Police Force established under the Police Ordinance.
