30. Amendment of section 33 of the principal enactment

Section 33 of the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows: -

(1)

in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution for the words “any business as a “designated non finance business””, of the words

“any business as a “designated non-finance business or profession””;

(2)

in subsection (4) of that section, by the substitution for the words “shall as soon as convenient after its publication in the Gazette”, of the words “shall, within three months from the date of its publication in the

Gazette,” and for the words “done thereunder.”, of the words “done thereunder. Notification of the date on which any regulation is deemed to be rescinded shall be published in the Gazette.”; and

(3)

by the repeal of all the words from the figure and the words “(4) Notification of the date”, to the end of that section.
