(1)

There shall be established a Federation which shall be called the Federation of Private Omnibus

Operators’ Associations (hereinafter referred to as “the

Federation”) consisting of the nominees of the District

Associations.

(2)

The Federation shall by the name assigned to it by subsection (1) be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.

(3)

The seal of the Federation—

(a)

shall be in the custody of the Executive Committee of the Federation ;

(b)

may be altered in such manner as may be deter-mined by the Executive Committee of the Federa-tion

; and

(ec)

shall not be affixed to any instrument or document except with the sanction of the Execuive Com-mittee of the Federation and in the presence of at least two members of the Executive Committee who shall sign the instrument or document in token of their presence.
