136. Beneficiaries of the Trust Fund

The beneficiaries of the Trust Fund shall be -

(a)

persons who have suffered loss due to the committing of the unlawful activities as specified in orders made by the High Court;

(b)

persons identified as the affected category of victims of crime by the Board of Trustees.
