6. Interpretation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

For the purposes of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

“Public Enterprises Reform Commission of Sri Lanka”

means the Commission established by section 2 of the Public Enterprises Reform Commission of

Sri Lanka Act, No. 1 of 1996.
