65. Report the non-compliance to the Cabinet of Ministers

The Chief Accounting Officer, through the relevant

Minister shall report to the Cabinet of Ministers, any non–

compliance of a public entity coming under the purview of such Minister, with the requirements stipulated under this

Act or any regulations made thereunder.
