7. Debts due by and payable to the Foundation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All debts and liabilities of the Foundation on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act shall be paid to the Corporation hereby constituted and all debts due

Pulathisi Daruwo Foundation Trust to, subscriptions and contributions payable to the Foundation on the day shall be paid to the Corporation for the purpose of this Act.
