Ranaviru Seva Authority (Amendment) Act 2012

s 1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Ranaviru Seva Authority

(Amendment) Act, No. 20 of 2012.

s 2Amendment of Section 3 of the Ranaviru Seva Authority Act, No. 54 of 1999

Section 3 of Ranaviru Seva Authority Act, No. 54 of 1999 is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraphs (b), (c)

and (d) of subsection (1) of that section and the substitution therefor of the following paragraphs :—

“(b)

Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army;

(c)

Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Navy;

(d)

Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Air Force;”

s 3Sinhala text to prevail in case of inconsistency

In the event of any inconsistency between the Sinhala and Tamil texts of this Act, the Sinhala text shall prevail.
