8. Debts due by and payable to Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

All debts and liabilities of the Organization existing at the time of coming into operation of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation and all debts due to, and subscriptions payable to, the Organization shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act.
