37. Certain written laws not to apply to the Bank

The provisions of the following written laws shall not apply to the Bank :-—~
(a)
the Money Lending Ordinance ;
(b)
the Debt Conciliation Ordinance ; and
{c) the Pawn Brokers Ordinance.
