18. Power of Commissioner of Title Settlement to appoint new Manager

Land parcel
Defined · s 75
“Land parcel” means an area of land separately delineated on the cadastral map;
(c)
on being satisfied that the Manager is guilty of mis-management or mala-fides
;
(b} on being satisfied that the land parcel is not being put to optimum use ;
(c)
on the death of the Manager ; or
(d)
where the Commissioner of Title Settlement is of opinion that it is in the best interests of the co-owners to do so.
