67. Regulations

The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying out or giving effect to the principles and provisions of this Act and for any maiter which is required by this Act to be prescribed, and the procedure and practice to be observed in carrying out the provisions of this Act.
Minister
“Minister” means the Minister to whom the subject of lands has been assigned;
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions, the Minister may make regulations for—
the procedure for the appointment and functioning of Conciliation Boards ;
the conduct of investigation into claims ;
{c) the procedures for land consolidation and reapportionment ;
the extent of minimum economic units ;
the maintenance of records under this Act ;
the administration and Management of the Insurance
Fuod ;
the forms required for the purposes of this Act ;
the fees payable under the Act.
Every regulation made by the Minister shall be published in the Gazette and shall come into operation from the date of such publication.
Every regulation made by the Minister shall as soon as convenient after publication in the Gazette be brought before the Parliament for approval. Any regulation which is not so approved shall be deemed to be rescinded as from the date of its disapproval but without prejudice to anything previously done thereunder.

Notification of the date on which any regulation made by the Minister is so deemed to be rescinded shall be published in the Gazette.
