8. Functions of the Committee

(1)

The functions of the Committee shall be—

(a)

to inquire into and investigate the alleged grounds on which the removal of the holder of, either of the

Offices specified in section 2, is being sought ; and

(b)

to make findings in respect of the alleged grounds of removal of the holders of such Offices and forthwith communicate such finding to the Speaker ;

Removal of Officers (Procedure)

(2)

The decision of the Committee, shall be the decision of the majority.
