17. .Amendment-of section 37

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Section 37 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows :—

‘principal renactment,

(1)

by the omission of paragraph (h) of that subsection

;

and

(2)

by the relettering of paragraphs (i), (j), (k), ¢4)

and (m) of that subsection, as paragraphs (h), (i), (j), (k) and (1) of that subsection.
