Section 4

Members of the board holding office on the day preceding the date of commencement of this Act to cease to hold such office on the date of commencement of this Act

Every person holding office as a member of the board on the day immediately preceding the date of commencement of the Act, by virtue of the provisions of subsection (1) of section 3 of the principal enactment shall, notwithstanding anything in the principal enactment cease to hold office on the date of commencement of this Act.
