10. Payments out of the Fund

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

There shall be paid out of the Fund—

(a)

expenses necessary for the working, establishment and maintenance of the Trust

;

(b)

the cost of the completion of the construction, main-tenance, additions, alterations or improvements to the Chaitya

;

(c)

the payment of salaries to officers, servants and other employees

; and

(d)

all such other payments as are approved by the Board as being necessary for the purpose of carrying out the objects of the Trust.
