4. Attaining perfection

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

A security right shall be considered to have been perfected, when-

(a)

it has been validly created in terms of Part

III of this Act; and

(b)

all measures required to attain perfection as provided for by this Act, have been completed.
