7. Replacement of heading in Part III of the principal enactment

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The heading appearing in Part III immediately before section 15 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following heading substituted therefor :–

“GRANT OF LICENCE TO A STOCK EXCHANGE, A STOCK BROKER

OR A STOCK DEALER AND THE REGISTRATION OF MARKET

INTERMEDIARIES”
