11. Limitation of liability of members

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No member of the Corporation shall for purpose of discharging the debts and liabilities of the Corporation or for any other purpose, be liable to make any contribution other than what may be due from him to the Corporation.
