10. The Board to issue Policy to each contributor

The Board shall on enrolment of any person as a contributor to the Benefit Scheme, issue him with a Benefit

Scheme Policy, setting out the contribution to be made by him, the terms and conditions of such Policy and the benefits to which he is entitled in terms of the Policy issued to him.
