5. Meetings of the Board,

The meetings of the Board shall be held at least once a month.
The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be five.
The Chairman of the Board shall preside at the meetings of the Board, or in his absence any member elected from among the members present shall preside at such meeting.
The Board may act notwithstanding a vacancy among its members.
Seal of the Board.
G6. The seal of the Board—
shall be in the custody of the Chairman of the
Board

may be altered in such manner as may be deter-mined by the Board ; and
shall not be affixed to any document except with the sanction of the Board and in the presence of two members of the Board who shall sign the document in token of their presence.
