15. Determination of criteria &c. for accreditation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Minister may make regulations specifying the criteria and requirements for accreditation of laboratories, certification and inspection bodies, training institutions and other persons required to carry out conformity assessments.
