8. Sums due by and payable to the Chamber to bé paid to the Corporation

All debts and liabilities of the Chamber existing at the time of coming into operation of this Act shall be paid and discharged by the Corporation, and all debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Chamber shall be paid to the Corporation.
