12. Seal of the Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The seal of the Corporation shall not be affixed to any instrument whatsoever, except in the presence of the

Secretary or a member of the Council as may be duly authorised by the Council and another member of the Council

Sri Lanka Economic Association (Incorporation)

who shall sign their names on the instrument in token of their presence and such signing shall be independent of the signing of any person as a witness.
