7. Accounts of the Corporation

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Council of the Corporation shall cause proper books of accounts to be kept of all income and expenditure of the Corporation. The accounts of the Corporation shall be audited by a qualified auditor or auditors.
