21. Prohibition of disclosure of information

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

No member of the Council or officer or employee of the Institute shall disclose to any person, except for the purpose of discharging his functions under this Act or when required to do so by a court under any law, any information acquired by him in the discharge of his functions under this

Act.
