27. Investment of the moneys of the Commission

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Any moneys belonging to the Commission may be invested by the Commission in such manner as may be deemed appropriate subject to such directions as may be given by the Minister.
