11. Power of Minister to give directions

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The Minister may, from time to time, give to the Board, general or special directions in writing, as to the exercise of the powers and the discharge of the functions of the Authority, and it shall be the duty of the Board to comply with such directions.
