9. Replacement of section 13 of the principal enactment

Section 13 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of that section and the substitution therefor of the following:-
13. The provisions of the enactments specified in Column I of Schedule I are hereby amended or repealed in the sections or parts thereof as are specified in Column II of that
Schedule to the extent and in the manner as shall be specified therein.”.
