13. Retrospective effect

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

The amendments made to the principal enactment by the provisions of section 10 of this Act, shall be deemed for all purposes have come into effect on March 31, 2011.
