3. Amendment of section 15 of the principal enactment

Section 15 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (kk) of subsection (2) of that section by the substitution, for the words “and appeals from orders of cancellation ;”, of the words “appeals from orders of cancellation, liquidation after cancellation of registration, powers of a liquidator and enforcement of orders made by a liquidator ;”.
