8. Part II of the Finance Act…

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

It is hereby declared for the avoidance of doubts that the provisions of Part II of the Finance Act No.11 of 2004

shall not apply to any person to whom the provisions of that

Part applied prior to January 1, 2011.
