2. Amendment of Section 3 of Act…

Section 3 of the Termination of Employment of

Workmen (Special Provisions) Act, No. 45 of 1971 is hereby amended in subsection (1) thereof, by the repeal of paragraph (c) and the substitution therefore of the following:-

“(c)

to the termination of employment of any workman where such termination was effected upon such workman attains the minimum retirement age as specified in the Minimum

Retirement Age of Workers Act, No. 28 of 2021;”.
