11. Members to disclose interest in proposed contracts to be made by the Board

A member of the Board who is directly or indirectly interested in a contract proposed to be made by the Board shall disclose the nature of the interest at a meeting of the
Board. The disclosure shall be recorded in the minutes of the
Board, and that member shall not take part in any deliberations or decision of the Board with respect to such contract.
