8. Amendment of section 17 of the principal enactment

Section 17 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (b) of that section and substitution therefor of the following paragraph :–

“(b)

the proceeds of sale of the articles and vehicles forfeited under subsection (2) of section 15

excluding the sale of any tobacco leaf, cigarettes, cigars, beedis, beedi tobacco or pipe tobacco.”.
