Part I

21. Members, officers and servants of the Authority deemed to be public servants

Official English translation. Where it differs from the Sinhala or Tamil text, the Act itself says which text prevails.

Every member, officer or servant of the Authority shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning, and for the purposes, of the Penal Code (Chapter 19).
