33. Establishment of the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management

There shall be established a body called and known as the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management,

(hereinafter referred to as the “Institute”) which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and which may sue and be sued in such name.
