6. Prescription Ordinance not to apply in certain

In computing the period of time for the purposes of, the Prescription Ordinance in respect of claims against the

Ceylon Transport Board, regard shall not be had to the period between the date on which the principal enactment came into force and the date of commencement of this Act.

(Local), Rs. 40 (Foreign), payable to the SUPERINTENDENT, GOVERNMENT PUBLICA-xtons Bureau, P. O. Box 500, Conomso 1, before 15th December each year in respect of the year following. Late subscriptions will be accepted on the condition that Bills and Laws issue d before the date of payment will not be supplied.
